The exhibition, "BLUE, PURPLE, GREEN, YELLOW," is a feminist and artists’ response to the problem of violence against women. The title reflect the powerful and often invisible process of healing from violence. These are the stages of a bruise—each color representing a different phase of pain, trauma, and recovdon’t just tell the story of an impact—they are a visual representation of the body's response to harm, a cycle that shifts from dark to light as healing begins. This metaphor mirrors the journey many women experience: a painful, ongoing process that is not linear, but always in progress.

By naming the exhibition after the colors of a bruise, we aim to challenge how our society sees these wounds—both physical and emotional—and to bring attention to the process of recovery. Through the work of eight female artists, this exhibition shines a light on the often-hidden reality of violence against women and the strength required to move through it.
