The selection is based on the idea of "the serious naivety" of the short film. The compilation explores the reasons that provoke making a product that combines the absurdity of the claim of intimate self-study with the claim of public "exhibitionism".
There are two aspects. The first one concerns the motivation for creation of one or another film. The conviction to choose the camera as a "unique" way of fixing "unique" moments or ideas. The second aspect considered the technology of the existence of such a work and the system of communication with its audience - its social and public life. How should it be seen? Who should see it? Where should see it? When should see it? Why should see it?
Look at me! I am made for you! is a kind of a shopping stall offering "a shameless display" of some personal characters or deeply hidden ideas "subconsciously" have found their "marketing" package. They are designed for an imaginary market - whether it's the art market, the market of ideas or the endless market of the economy of art in the context of the current public realities.
